My career path hasn’t been a straight line. From the very start — even during university — I was involved in broadly defined communication: public relations, media relations, marketing, and event planning.
I’ve worked in agencies running campaigns for clients in various industries — public sector, automotive, tech, IT, and construction — and also in in-house communication teams for companies in transport, logistics, and emerging technologies.
Most of these campaigns were rooted in digital media: websites, apps, social media, video content. Digital was always the base.
Designing the product journey
For over five years, I worked in the Product Development & Marketing department at one of the largest email marketing platforms in the world. I was responsible for product growth and communication — primarily for the Polish market.
Even back then, apps and websites were always part of what I did. But I was usually in the Project Manager role, pulling together efforts from designers, devs, and marketers. That sparked a passion — I wanted to go deeper.
From curiosity to craft
I began studying app design seriously. First self-taught, then through structured UX/UI courses. I dove into the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD) — and of course, Figma, the essential tool for any designer.
Eventually, I transitioned into UX/UI design full time — and joined the internal product design team at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, where I’ve worked for over 4 years now.
The no-code spark
At some point, I realized designing apps wasn’t enough. I discovered no-code tools — and yes, I know they’ve been around for a while, but for me, it was a game changer. I quickly became fascinated and started building my own apps using no-code platforms.
In parallel, I began learning frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and SQL to understand how data flows under the hood.
A one-man product studio
My unconventional path is, I believe, my greatest asset. My background in communication and marketing, combined with years of UX/UI experience, makes me a rare hybrid.
Today, I’m confident I can deliver an app or website from start to finish: from collecting user and client requirements, to design, prototyping, building, and launching the product.
Side projects & creative extras
From time to time, I take on freelance graphic design projects for friends or small businesses. If you're curious, feel free to

I’m also the author of three books — two focused on email marketing and one humorous collection of essays on parenting.
What drives me outside of work
I read a lot. I run — currently training for a marathon.
And most importantly, I spend time with my two favorite people in the world: my wife and my son.
